During a house visit we will assess the size of your home, what facilities there are, the common areas, ... Any maintenance defects and illegalities can be included in the lease. After this visit we’ll advice you regarding all steps you can take and you can decide whether you want to use one of our services.
For most procedures it is necessary (and required by law) that the landlord is informed of the findings of Huurteam Eindhoven. Depending on the type of procedure, the landlord has three weeks to two months to respond to the proposal or request. If he does not do this, a request is submitted to the Rental Committee.
These letters and contact moments are arranged by Huurteam Eindhoven, so that the tenant does not have to do this himself.
